Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions. Conduct waxing services such as body waxing, facial waxing, and hair threading to achieve smooth, flawless results Deliver tinting services for eyebrows and eyelashes to enhance natural beauty Maintain strict sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations Stay informed about the latest skincare trends and aesthetic treatments to continually enhance service offerings Skills Valid esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of skincare treatments and esthetic laser procedures Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in waxing, facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other aesthetic services Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients on treatments and build lasting relationships Ability to perform (if possible) eyelash extensions and other advanced aesthetic treatments is highly desirable Proven sales skills in retail environments to recommend skincare products confidently while supporting revenue goals This role is perfect for passionate estheticians eager to showcase their talents in a lively setting that values innovation and client satisfaction.
