Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice | Huntingdon, TN Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice contract in Huntingdon, TN . 3-Month Contract, with possibility of extension

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Hours:

40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

$53.00 - $55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits

On-Call Requirement:

Shared weekly and weekend on-call rotation

Weekend Requirement:

Required as part of the on-call rotation Responsibilities Manage a caseload of hospice patients in home and community settings Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Provide education and support to patients and their families Deliver compassionate end-of-life care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Requirements Active RN license Hospice Case Manager experience Ability to manage patient visits independently Reliable transportation for local travel Strong assessment and documentation skills Preferred Skills Friendly and compassionate personality Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills
