Job Description
Williamson Health in Marion, IL seeks Graduate Nurses/Nurse Residents to provide safe, evidence-based patient care under the guidance of experienced RNs and preceptors. In this structured residency, you will perform assessments, administer medications, document in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You'll participate in classroom education, skills labs, and clinical rotations, building confidence and competence.
