TriStar Health in Nashville seeks an experienced ER RN for its East Nashville emergency department. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse adult and pediatric patients, perform rapid assessments, administer medications, start IVs, interpret basic diagnostics, and respond to traumas and codes. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, the nurse will prioritize patient safety, education, and documentation while supporting throughput.
