TriStar Health seeks an experienced ER RN for our Spring Hill facility. In this fast-paced emergency department role, you'll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across all acuity levels, perform triage, administer medications, start IVs, and support rapid response and trauma protocols. You'll collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care for patients of all ages and acuity levels Perform rapid, accurate triage and prioritize care based on clinical urgency Administer medications, start IVs, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms Assist with emergency procedures, codes, and trauma activations following hospital protocols Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the EMRCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards Participate in ongoing education, skills training, and clinical competency development Support a patient-first, compassionate culture aligned with Tri Star Health values Required Skills Emergency nursing Patient triage IV therapy and medication administration Cardiac monitoring and ECG interpretation Advanced life support (ACLS/PALS) Trauma and rapid response care Wound care and stabilization Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Infection control and patient safety Patient and family education
