Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, facilitating communication, managing patient assignments, and ensuring quality care through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. They serve as a clinical mentor, role model, and resource, fostering team development and staff retention. Responsibilities also involve participating in education, quality projects, and shared governance activities to improve patient outcomes. Must possess a valid RN license, relevant clinical experience, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Preferred qualifications include a BSN, supervisory experience, and professional certification. Position requires night shifts, rotating weekends, and no travel, based at Johnson City Medical Center.
