Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Nutrition Therapy, Clinical & Wellness Coordinator Abundance Wellness Center | Morristown, TN Part-Time | $27+/hour, based on experience Approximately 15-33 hours/week, depending on practice needs and growth Flexible scheduling About Abundance Wellness Center Abundance Wellness Center is a physician-led medical practice focused on root-cause medicine, prevention, personalized care, and whole-person health restoration. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about practicing medicine differently and wants to help grow a high-level, root-cause approach to healthcare in our community and beyond. Our practice was built around the belief that healthcare should go beyond simply managing symptoms. We work to understand the underlying factors affecting a patient's health and help patients make meaningful, sustainable changes through individualized medical care, nutrition, lifestyle, wellness education, and other physician-directed therapies. Our practice also offers natural aesthetics and weight-loss services , but our approach is fundamentally different from a traditional med spa. These services are incorporated into a broader functional medicine and health-restoration model , with an emphasis on helping patients become healthier from the inside out. We are looking for someone who is excited about that philosophy and wants to become an integral part of building it. About the Position The Registered Nurse - IV Nutrition Therapy, Clinical & Wellness Coordinator will play an important role in patient care, IV nutrition therapy, clinical coordination, patient education, practice operations, and the continued growth of Abundance Wellness Center. This position is designed for an RN who wants to use their clinical expertise in a setting that is more personal, lower-volume, and relationship-focused than a traditional hospital or high-volume medical office. We are looking for someone who has experienced some of the limitations of the traditional healthcare system and is intentional about helping develop a more comprehensive, root-cause approach to medicine. The ideal candidate is not simply looking for another nursing job. We are looking for someone who wants to grow personally and professionally while helping us grow the practice. Someone who has their own experience pursuing better health, nutrition, fitness, or wellness and who is genuinely continuing that journey themselves—will be an especially strong fit. At Abundance Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a physician in a growing practice that is intentionally building a different model of healthcare. This is not a traditional hospital nursing position, and it is not a traditional high-volume medical office. It is also not simply a med spa. While we offer natural aesthetics and weight-loss services, these services are part of a broader physician-led approach to functional medicine, root-cause care, and health restoration. For the right RN, this position offers the opportunity to: Build meaningful relationships with patients Develop expertise in IV nutrition and injection therapy Expand your knowledge of nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness Help develop new clinical services Participate in community outreach Learn the operational and business side of a growing medical practice Develop leadership and management skills Grow personally and professionally alongside the practice If you are an RN who is ready to move beyond the traditional healthcare model, passionate about root-cause medicine and wellness, and excited about helping build something meaningful in your community, we would love to hear from you.
