You'll implement patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and communicate patient conditions effectively. Responsibilities include carrying out physician orders and assisting with discharge planning.
Minimum requirements:
active RN license from the Tennessee Board or a multi-state license, BLS certification within 1 month, and Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire. A diploma from an accredited nursing school is required.
