Position Summary The Staff Development Coordinator (RN) plans, implements, and evaluates staff education and training programs to ensure clinical competency and regulatory compliance across the facility. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate orientation programs for new hires. Plan and deliver ongoing in-service education and competency training. Monitor and track staff certifications, licenses, and continuing education requirements. Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs as needed. Collaborate with department heads to identify education needs. Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements. Maintain accurate education and training records. Perform other staff development and education duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree or higher from an accredited college. Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate. Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred. Staff development or education experience preferred.
