Are you looking for a caring, supportive inpatient psychiatric RN position where you can make a difference daily? RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a part time (24 hrs/wk) Inpatient Unit RN ( Registered Nurse ) for the 8pm-8:30am shift. The right candidate will integrate into our team of professionals who center patient care and strive to deliver excellence every day. REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse ( RN ) must possess a degree or diploma from a college or an accredited school of nursing, a current license issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing, and a drive to work effectively in a therapeutic relationship with individuals and groups. Prefer one+ years of psychiatric nursing experience. Must have valid driver's license with safe driving history and be able to be obtain certification in CPR and
CPI. JOB DUTIES
The Registered Nurse ( RN ) is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care delivered to adult and geriatric patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit. The Registered Nurse, as the team leader, provides immediate direction to the other nursing team members.
