Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in current state of practice Minimum of 1 year recent experience in CVICU setting Proficient with advanced cardiovascular monitoring and post-surgical care BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong communication and critical thinking skills Reliable, adaptable, and dedicated to high-quality patient care
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients Monitor, assess, and document cardiac and vital sign stability Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and health improvement
