Delta Homecare - Tennessee is seeking a skilled and compassionate Contract Nurse to join our team! As a Contract Nurse with Delta Homecare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing high-quality care and making a real difference in their lives.Responsibilities:
Complete visit in client's home, monitoring for changes in patient condition and providing education and training to patients, family, and home health aide Take vitals, monitor GI intake and output, and provide medication management Complete admission assessments, supervisory visits, employee meetings, skilled nursing visits, and employee comp assessments Maintain accurate records and reports, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesRequirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse through the Georgia State Board of Nursing At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience Complies with accepted professional standards and principles Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health Presents a pre-employment physician's health clearance, including a negative TB skin test, current First Aid & CPR certification, and other tests as required by the Company's policy Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements and is in good working order Has excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers Has abilities to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines Extra Opportunities toEarn More Money:
