The RN delivers evidence-based, compassionate care to former energy workers with complex needs while supporting data-driven clinical research. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and accurate documentation to inform analytics and outcomes studies. Collaborating with a supportive, interdisciplinary team, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to strategic quality initiatives, and receive comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for clients and their families.
