1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Tennessee requiring at least 2 years of home health experience, HCHB and OASIS proficiency, and an active TN or compact RN license in hand. Details Adult home health setting covering White, Cumberland, and Van Buren counties Caseload of approximately 6-7 patients per day with a target of 30 points per week Types of cases include Start of Care (SOC), follow-up visits, recertifications, and resumption of care Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) Weekends are not required but may be used at the clinician's discretion to meet weekly productivity targets On-call is required Monday-Sunday, 5:00 PM-8:00 AM, with 24-hour on-call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays Charting system: HCHB; OASIS documentation required Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Requirements Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted) Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of home health nursing experience required Proficiency with HCHB charting system required OASIS experience required First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Additional Information Responsibilities include admission assessments, start of care, routine visits, recertifications, resumption of care, and discharge documentation Clinical skills include wound care, medication administration and management (intradermal, IM, IV infusions, subcutaneous), pain assessment and management, PCA pump management, and infection control precautions Scrubs or business casual attire required Local candidates are welcome to apply Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application
