Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a medical-surgical setting. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate personnel. Administer medications as prescribed and record all patient interactions. Educate patients and families on management of illnesses and post-hospital treatment. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
