Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of complex conditions and equipment. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond rapidly to changes in patient status, perform critical interventions, and follow all ICU protocols and safety standards. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care, providing emotional support in high-stress situations. Adhere to infection control, regulatory, and hospital policies while maintaining a safe, patient-centered ICU environment.
