Guardian Flight is seeking a Corporate Floating Flight Nurse to provide critical-care nursing aboard fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters serving rural and underserved communities. In this mission-driven, safety-first role, you will assess, stabilize, monitor, and treat patients during emergency and interfacility transfers. You'll coordinate closely with pilots, paramedics, dispatchers, and receiving medical teams; follow clinical protocols and aviation safety procedures; and keep medical equipment, supplies, and documentation flight-ready. As a floating team member, you'll travel among operating locations to support coverage and operational readiness. Bring an active RN license, strong critical-care or emergency nursing skills, and a collaborative, professional approach. Flight or transport experience and relevant advanced life-support certifications are preferred or may be required. Responsibilities Provide critical-care nursing during fixed-wing and helicopter medical transports. Assess, stabilize, monitor, and treat patients during emergency and interfacility transfers.
