Seeking a Travel Nurse
•Med Surg to provide specialized medical-surgical care in Richmond, Virginia. The position involves coordinating comprehensive patient care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to uphold nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients. Participate in patient and family education. Provide leadership and teamwork with ancillary staff and healthcare professionals. Maintain professional nursing standards in clinical practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg RN experience. Virginia nursing license and current BLS certification. Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities. Reliable transportation for travel assignments. Preferred experience in travel healthcare.
Key Duties & Requirements:
Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts. Complete all necessary compliance items within 5 days of offer acceptance, including background checks and drug screening. Possess necessary certifications based on specialty.
