Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to implement patient care plans Monitor and assess patient status, responding swiftly to any changes Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Educate patients and their families regarding care and recovery processes Maintain precise patient records and documentation
