Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a School Patient Registered Nurse to provide low-acuity day-shift care to pediatric patients in a school setting. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and respond to minor health concerns while promoting a safe, healthy learning environment. You will collaborate closely with families, school staff, and Aveanna's clinical team to implement individualized care plans.
