Job Description

La Esperanza Adult Activity Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! I Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM No nights No weekends No holidays Pay & Benefits $24.00/hour Medical insurance 1 week paid vacation annually 1 week paid sick leave annually Supportive, family-oriented work environment Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor participants' health and report changes Maintain accurate nursing documentation Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with care planning and participant assessments Respond appropriately to medical concerns or emergencies Promote a safe, welcoming environment for participants Qualifications Current Texas LVN license in good standing CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-centered attitude Experience with geriatrics or adult day care is preferred but not required Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults every day!
