Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in rehabilitative and long-term care settings Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery goals Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Texas or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care preferred Current BLS certification Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to providing superior patient care
