A registered nurse providing independent, routine, and complex patient care within a clinical setting. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring outcomes, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families.Key Responsibilities:
Utilize nursing process aligned with ANA standards to deliver comprehensive care. Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments using established protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Delegate tasks appropriately to care team members to manage clinical situations effectively.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license in the state or a compact license. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Completion of organizational orientation, competency validation, and ongoing annual training.Key Competencies:
