1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring TX or compact RN licensure and at least 1 year of ED experience. Details Hospital Emergency Department setting located in Buda, TX, near Austin Patient ratio of 1 nurse to 3 patients NOC shift with variable days from 1845-0645, 36 hours weekly Weekend shifts required 13-week travel assignment Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required Triage experience highly preferred Mandatory flu shot required with no exemptions granted Two professional references required Additional Information Coordinate patient care delivery using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting safe transitions through the healthcare encounter Collaborate with the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately based on scope of practice and patient needs Navy blue scrubs required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
