Cardiac Rehabilitation Schedule:
Day Shift | Full-time How you\u2019ll make an impact in this role Develop personalized care plans: Assess patients thoroughly to establish tailored treatment plans and intervention frequencies based on specific clinical diagnoses.
Deliver advanced respiratory therapies:
Implement complex care modalities, manage specialized equipment and closely monitor patient progress to optimize pulmonary outcomes. Track patient progress and adapt care: Evaluate treatment efficacy and medication responses continuously, updating care plans and communicating real-time updates to the multidisciplinary care team.
Empower patients and families:
Educate individuals and caregivers on health conditions, self-management techniques and community support resources to encourage long-term wellness.
Lead rapid emergency response:
Respond swiftly to resuscitation codes, providing critical life-support interventions during urgent patient events. What minimum requirements you\u2019ll need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
