This position may be structured in one of two ways:

Part-Time:

for an experienced Nurse Practitioner focused primarily on hormone optimization, longevity medicine, laboratory evaluation, follow-up care, and IV wellness.

Full-Time Hybrid:

for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has both longevity/hormone experience and established aesthetic injectable experience and can participate across both service lines. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least one year of directly relevant clinical experience in the area for which they are applying. Clinical Responsibilities Depending on experience and position structure, responsibilities may include: Hormone optimization evaluations Testosterone and other hormone-related assessments Longevity and wellness consultations Laboratory ordering and interpretation Development and monitoring of treatment plans Medication management and follow-up Patient education Ongoing clinical reassessment IV wellness evaluations and treatment oversight Coordination with the practice physician Development of longitudinal wellness and longevity care plans Candidates interested in the full-time hybrid position may also perform: Neuromodulator injections Dermal fillers Facial balancing and rejuvenation Biostimulatory treatments Aesthetic consultations and treatment planning Required Qualifications Applicants must have: Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Appropriate prescribing authority Minimum one year of direct experience managing hormone optimization, longevity, wellness, or closely related patients Experience independently evaluating patients and developing clinical treatment plans Strong understanding of laboratory evaluation and follow-up Excellent patient communication skills Strong documentation habits Sound clinical judgment Commitment to evidence-based, ethical patient care Formal training or certification alone does not substitute for the required direct clinical experience. Additional Requirements for Full-Time Hybrid Candidates Candidates seeking the full-time hybrid position must also have: Minimum one year of direct aesthetic injectable experience Independent experience performing neuromodulator injections Strong understanding of facial anatomy Experience with dermal fillers strongly preferred Biostimulatory experience desirable Candidates without injectable experience may still be considered for the part-time longevity/hormone position . Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and scope of responsibilities, generally expected to fall within the range of: $50-$55 per hour for part-time longevity-focused candidates Candidates capable of independently performing both the longevity and injectable roles may qualify for higher compensation based on experience and overall responsibilities. Clinicians may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation based on productivity and practice performance . High-performing clinicians working a mature, consistently full clinical schedule may have the opportunity to achieve total annual compensation exceeding $200,000 , depending on productivity, service mix, schedule, and overall performance. Compensation at that level is production-dependent and is not guaranteed.
