Key Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Effective communication and the ability to function seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU Perform detailed patient assessments and monitor vital signs Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop patient care plans Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies Document care accurately in the electronic health record Provide support and education to patients families
