Job Responsibilities:

Provide skilled, compassionate care to residents, monitoring for changes in condition and taking prompt action as needed Lead and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your shift to ensure effective care delivery Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations Be a calm, confident presence for residents overnight, providing emotional support and reassurance

Job Requirements:

Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas Strong clinical judgment and independence Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused work ethic Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but we will train the right nurse
