Skilled Trades / Construction Laborer

Century Construction Texas is currently hiring experienced and dependable individuals for a Skilled Trades Technician position. We are looking for motivated team members with experience in interior and exterior construction work including drywall, paint, trim, windows, doors, and general finish-out work. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well independently and with a crew, and has experience in multiple areas of construction.

Responsibilities:

Drywall installation, taping, floating, texturing, and finishing Interior and exterior painting Trim and finish carpentry Window and door installation General construction and remodeling tasks Assist with punch list and final finish-out work Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow project timelines and safety procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

Previous construction or skilled trades experience required Experience with drywall finishing and texture work preferred Knowledge of trim carpentry and finish work Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to read measurements and follow instructions Dependable transportation required Ability to work in varying weather conditions and job site environments Must be reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience:

Drywall installation & finishing Paint & texture Trim carpentry Window & door installation Remodeling or finish-out work Framing or general construction experience is a plus
