Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You'll Do Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in an 8-bed ER with 2 trauma bays Respond to diverse urgent and emergent patient needs, including trauma cases Collaborate with a team of 2 RNs, LVN, and unit secretary to ensure efficient patient throughput Administer medications, perform assessments, and document care using Cerner system Assist in trauma procedures and critical care interventions Support patient and family education during emergency situations Follow hospital protocols and adhere to safety standards, including vaccination requirements What You Need Texas or Multistate RN license (current) Minimum 1 year of ER experience Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency care Ability to work night shifts and handle fast-paced environment About the Assignment This emergency room serves approximately 850 patients each month, providing urgent and trauma care in a Level 4 trauma designation facility. The ER team works on a rotating schedule with every other weekend and rotating holiday shifts, ensuring a dynamic yet manageable work-life balance.
