PRN Registered Nurse

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patients' condition Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Perform venipuncture and IV infusion as needed

Requirements:
