$85K- $95K (Mileage reimbursement .65 per mile, $60.00 per month cell phone reimbursement)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Denton Co area. This role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care, managing symptoms, and supporting patients and families through the hospice journey.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the individualized plan of care. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Educate patients and families on symptom management and hospice philosophy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Respond to urgent patient needs and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications:

Current Texas RN license. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Hospice preferred).

Hospice:

1 year (Required) Case management: 1 year (Required) Proficiency in EMR systems (experience with Consolo preferred). CA02

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
