Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life. This position offers a supportive work environment with a low-acuity patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to provide quality resident care. Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments. Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

Active Texas RN License or Compact RN License. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN). Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
