Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused care Monitor, assess, and adjust patient treatment plans based on condition changes Administer medications, manage ventilators, and conduct frequent patient assessments Educate patients and their families on interventions and ongoing care needs Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
Current RN license, eligible for practice in Texas Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory Proficiency with critical care protocols and bedside equipment Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
