Role Responsibilities:
Provide professional, compassionate care in clients' homes Manage diverse client needs with Home Health expertise Document care accurately using OASIS/Kinnser Respond to PRN emergency calls as needed
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Active Texas RN License and Driver's License Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience Experience with OASIS/Kinnser preferred Ability to work flexible schedules and travel locally
