Job Title:
MDS Coordinator Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN/LVN or RN license required. Working knowledge of all regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.Responsibilities:
Coordinates and completes comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensures accuracy and timeliness of assessment data. Serves as a resource person for resident care planning activities and conducts orientation sessions on the MDS process. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and supports regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.Benefits:
