A Home Health Registered Nurse cares for patients in their homes or in community settings, primarily older patients and people with chronic illnesses and limited mobility. Works as part of a community or public health program to coordinate care for patients in between clinical appointments or treatments.

Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! 3 month old male / G-tube / Monday - Sunday 8am-6pm & Monday - Sunday 9pm-7am
Key Responsibilities:
Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
