Qualifications BLS Certification Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position requires an experienced nurse capable of practicing independently within a clinical setting, delivering both routine and complex care. The nurse will develop long-term care plans, manage contingencies, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care following the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying resources and issues as needed.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. BLS certification required. Ability to work multiple shifts in a full-time capacity.Benefits
