Qualifications BLS Certification Full Job Description Role Overview:
A skilled Nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients. Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources. Delegate tasks appropriately to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. BLS certification required.Additional Details:
The role involves practicing in alignment with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, meeting competency expectations, and working across multiple shifts in a full-time capacity.Benefits
