Schedule/Hours:

Monday-Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Variable/Flexible 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekends and call—details provided during interview

Qualifications:

Active Texas RN License (no temporary licenses) 2+ years of recent hospital or travel RN experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Direct PACU experience preferred Proficiency with IVs and familiarity with Meditech documentation preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to surgical patients in pre-op and post-op recovery phases Maintain a patient ratio of pre-op 1:1 and short stay (Phase II) 3:1 Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff (PCAs, unit secretary, phlebotomist) Adhere to facility policies, particularly regarding floating and attendance Perform patient preparation and discharge, including managing pain blocks with anesthesia
