•coming to Texas! We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs), to join our growing team. Our providers deliver expert-level IV care directly to patients in their homes, offices, hotels, or event spaces. Responsibilities Administer IV hydration, vitamin, wellness, and specialty infusions in clients' homes, hotels, offices, and event settings Perform thorough pre-treatment assessments, including medical history review, vital signs, and contraindication screening Establish and maintain peripheral IV access using sterile technique Safely administer IV fluids, vitamins, and medications per Elite Mobile IV protocols and provider orders Monitor clients during and after infusions; assess for adverse reactions and intervene appropriately Provide clear education to clients on treatments, benefits, aftercare, and follow-up recommendations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Adhere to all state nursing regulations, scope of practice, and Elite Mobile IV clinical standards Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of IV supplies and medications Maintain a clean, professional, and organized mobile setup for every visit Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Elite Mobile IV's premium brand standards Communicate effectively with leadership, providers, and support staff regarding client care or concerns Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times Respond calmly and professionally to urgent or unexpected clinical situations Experience Demonstrate proficiency in IV placement and be comfortable working as a triage nurse. Possess a minimum of 1year of experience in daily IV placement. Hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Texas. Ideally, have at least one year of RN experience, with preference given to those with experience in Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care, or Labor and Delivery (L&D). Maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Exhibit strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and proficiency in multitasking. Have access to reliable transportation. Be proficient in sending and receiving text messages, working with smartphone apps, and utilizing GPS navigation. Demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration skills with both co-workers and clients. Be capable of working independently in various care settings. Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Be open to flexible work hours as needed
