In person | Emergency Department About the Role EMP Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity in Irving, Texas. Both Night Shift and Mid Shift opportunities are available . The RN will provide fast-paced, high-quality emergency care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess and care for patients with urgent and emergent conditions. Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Follow emergency nursing standards and safety protocols. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Active RN license required. Minimum 1 year of (recent) Emergency Department RN experience required. BLS required within 30 days of hire. ENPC and TNCC required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Compensation $32.00-$53.00 per hour. Estimated annual salary of $59,904-$99,216 based on 36 hours/week. $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Full-time permanent position. Night Shift and Mid Shift available.
