Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric LVN to provide low-acuity skilled nursing care to children in their homes. In this role, you'll deliver compassionate, clinically focused care including assessments, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and implementation of care plans under RN and physician direction. You will educate and support families, document in electronic records, and collaborate with the care team.
