Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse In this role, you will: Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans Evaluate residents nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing Review lab results and respond to signs of infection Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care What Makes You a Great Fit Were seeking someone who: Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred) Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing Benefits (Full-Time)Comprehensive Benefits:
