We are building more than a spa—we are building a high-performance, medically guided wellness experience centered on personalization, innovation, and elevated care. Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of both team performance and clinical excellence at their location. This role is responsible for ensuring: A high-performing nursing team Exceptional guest experience Consistent execution of ELIVATE standards Alignment with business and revenue goals This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead, coach, and operate at a high level. What You'll Own Lead, develop, and hold the nursing team accountable to performance, service, and sales standards Ensure clinical excellence, proper documentation, and protocol compliance Maintain a consistent, elevated, and personalized client experience Drive location performance by coaching nurses on client education, service recommendations, and membership conversions Ensure the team is confidently communicating services, promotions, and wellness plans to clients Oversee day-to-day operations in partnership with leadership and step in as acting manager when needed Drive team alignment, communication, and continuous improvement Who You Are A leader first, not just a nurse Confident, accountable, and solution-oriented Strong in communication, coaching, and team development Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Able to take ownership and follow through without constant direction Aligned with health, wellness, and personal growth Qualifications Active RN license (Texas) Strong IV skills (comfortable with difficult sticks) 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred) Experience in customer-facing or wellness environments is a plus Compensation & Growth Competitive base pay Complimentary and discounted wellness services Leadership growth opportunities within a scaling company Why This Role is Different This is not a traditional nursing role.
