Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy 16-bed ER with trauma bay and fast-track beds Manage a diverse caseload including stroke, STEMI, MVC trauma, psychiatric, geriatric, and pediatric patients Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management Practice independently while adhering to hospital protocols and standardsWhat You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC certifications 1+ year of ER nursing experience (preferred)Preferred:
