Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate on treatment plans Respond to changes in patient status and promptly communicate with interdisciplinary teams Document care accurately in electronic health records Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Participate actively in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license in Texas or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organization skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and diverse teams
