Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks a compassionate Adult Patient LVN for weekend night shifts providing low-acuity skilled nursing care in patients' homes. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support chronic condition management for adult patients. You will follow individualized care plans, document in EMR, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and families.
