Position Overview As a Nurse Delegator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll be responsible for delegating nursing tasks, providing clinical oversight, training staff, and managing medication services. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating and conducting assessments to ensure every resident has an accurate service plan tailored to their needs.
