PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Plainview/Hart Area Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Home Health visits in the Plainview/Hart and surrounding area . We are actively growing our Home Health services in West Texas and have an immediate need for local RN coverage . This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible PRN work and the ability to pick up visits close to home. This position does not require coverage of the entire Amarillo/Lubbock territory. What We Offer Flexible PRN scheduling Competitive per-visit compensation Mileage/travel compensation Immediate patient availability Virtual EMR training Ongoing clinical and administrative support Opportunity for additional visits as our census grows Responsibilities Complete Home Health skilled nursing visits Perform Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), recertification, and routine nursing visits as assigned Complete comprehensive patient assessments Perform medication reconciliation and patient/caregiver education Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Follow the patient's plan of care and agency policies and procedures Qualifications Current and unrestricted Texas RN license Home Health experience strongly preferred OASIS experience strongly preferred Comfortable working independently in the field Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to complete required documentation timely and accurately Schedule PRN / Per Visit Visits are scheduled based on patient needs and clinician availability.
